Job Title: Receiving Associate
Location: Raynham, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Department: Global Supply Chain – U.S. Supply Chain


Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support operations at our distribution center in Raynham, MA. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and processing of incoming materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process all incoming deliveries in a timely manner

  • Accurately enter and track inventory transactions in SAGE (ERP system)

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across all stock control systems

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, including medical device packaging

  • Process returned goods (RMA) and expired materials

  • Prepare and issue production material documentation to the shop floor

  • Support distribution and loaner operations as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including:

    • ISO 13485 standards

    • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

    • FDA 21 CFR Part 820 regulations


  • Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes in accordance with company SOPs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred

  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred)

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and email communication

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience

  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes
