Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to support our growing operation on 1st shift. In this hands-on role, you’ll keep our state-of-the-art equipment running at peak efficiency and help shape a world-class maintenance culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues (motors, conveyors, sensors, PLC’s, pumps, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Proven electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, etc.).
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school or certifications a plus).
