What’s a typical day as Heavy Duty Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Performing tasks on various coating machines and loading substrates onto production lines.
- Packing substrates into boxes and screening parts for quality issues.
- Assisting with cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas.
- Following work instructions, procedures, and product specifications to add raw materials and set up equipment.
- Monitoring and adjusting controls, valves, and gauges to maintain optimal production conditions.
- Supporting team operations by performing general utility and housekeeping tasks as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Are able to lift, move, and handle materials as required for heavy duty production work.
- Can follow detailed work instructions and operate machinery with care.
- Are available for 1st shift work and can commit to a temporary assignment.
