We’re currently seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing, employee-focused manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping facilities, production equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently across multiple branch locations.

In this role, you will:

  • Travel independently to branch locations as needed to support maintenance needs

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and facility systems

  • Service three-roll mills, mixers, HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and plumbing systems

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues

  • Fabricate, modify, and assemble mechanical components as needed

  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders

  • Use diagnostic meters, hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely and effectively

  • Initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Maintain organized tools, workspaces, and maintenance records

  • Support compliance with GMP, Quality Management Systems, and safety standards

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (5+ years strongly preferred)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience

  • Experience with motors, pumps, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, and hydraulics

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred

  • Experience with VFDs and PLCs is a strong plus

  • Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documentation

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record

  • Comfortable traveling to branch locations, sometimes on short notice

  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement is a plus.
