We’re currently seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing, employee-focused manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping facilities, production equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently across multiple branch locations.

In this role, you will:
- Travel independently to branch locations as needed to support maintenance needs
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and facility systems
- Service three-roll mills, mixers, HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and plumbing systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues
- Fabricate, modify, and assemble mechanical components as needed
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Use diagnostic meters, hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain organized tools, workspaces, and maintenance records
- Support compliance with GMP, Quality Management Systems, and safety standards
What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (5+ years strongly preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience
- Experience with motors, pumps, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with VFDs and PLCs is a strong plus
- Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
- Associate degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Comfortable traveling to branch locations, sometimes on short notice
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement is a plus.
