Job Title: Receiver / Warehouse Associate

Location: Taunton, MA 02780

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: USD $22.00/hr

Contract: May 11, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (4 month) / Temp to Perm possibility.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Good math skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and similar warehouse equipment
• Ability to identify differences between part numbers and lot numbers
• Basic computer skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
• Verify and maintain records of incoming shipments and inventory transactions
• Issue raw materials to production through work orders or requisitions
• Receive finished goods from production and prepare materials for warehouse transfer
• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Package orders and prepare shipments using pick lists
• Inspect materials for correct part numbers and quantities
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Perform cycle counts and monitor supply levels
• Use UPS and FedEx scales to verify shipment weights
• Maintain FIFO procedures within the warehouse
• Enter data into the QAD system
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Drive company box truck when required (No CDL required)
• Package, label, palletize, shrink-wrap, and steel strap finished products for shipment
• Maintain housekeeping and follow workplace safety guidelines
• Work overtime as needed
