Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19/hour

Shift: 1st  Early morning start  530am -3

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Managing documentation and organizing orders 

  • Printing, preparing, scanning, and storing warehouse documents electronically 

  • Communicating via email with internal teams, customers, and carriers regarding order status, scheduling, and appointments

  • Scheduling domestic orders, confirming availability, and updating status fields

  • Conducting physical yard checks, recording container numbers, and updating Excel Yard Sheets

  • Checking drivers in and out for live loads, exports, imports, and warehouse-shipped containers

  • Participating in load audits and managing rejected container processes

  • Providing clerical and operational support to operations and dispatch teams as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bring experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field (preferred)

  • Are proficient with warehouse management systems (preferably High Jump) and electronic documentation tools (Paperwise or similar)

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette

  • Are skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

  • Can walk and conduct yard checks outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Are able to lift and carry office documents and small supply items as needed
