Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to build and manage business-to-business (B2B) relationships and support daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring client orders, resolving service issues, and helping to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of our services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to enhance the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor client orders and shipments to identify issues and ensure timely resolution
- Adjust workflows based on changing client demand and volume fluctuations
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, leadership, and clients to address concerns
- Utilize various systems and tools to track performance and identify solutions
- Support overall client satisfaction through proactive issue management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
