Job Overview
We are hiring dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment and take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency.
You will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment and supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
Perform shipping and receiving duties with accuracy
Complete daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures
Use RF scanners and/or warehouse systems to track inventory (if applicable)
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas
Follow GMP, safety, and company warehouse standards
Support additional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required
Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics preferred
Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
