Job Title: Record Center Specialist/Fork Lift Operator
Location: SeaTac, WA 98198
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Type: Temp to Hire

About the Role:
Access is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fork Lift Operator / Record Center Specialist to join our team at our SeaTac, WA location. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and processing our clients’ physical records, ensuring order accuracy, and upholding safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment with potential for hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill daily incoming and outgoing work orders

  • Scan barcodes and manage inventory using provided technology

  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies

  • Retrieve and file records (containers, files, and tapes), ensuring timely placement

  • Assist in loading and unloading company trucks and vans

  • Maintain, inspect, and operate forklifts and other equipment safely

  • Keep assigned workspaces clean and organized

  • Participate in safety and compliance training

  • Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with supervisors

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical & Safety Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials

  • Forklift certification preferred (training may be provided)

  • Must wear steel or composite-toed shoes

  • PPE provided as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1–2 years experience in a warehouse, physical records environment, or service industry preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Employment Terms:

  • Temp to hire position

  • No overtime or weekend work required

  • Start date: As soon as possible
