Warehouse Associate
Location: Lima, NY

  • Shift: A Shift (8am – 430pm, Monday – Friday)

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

 
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Lima, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior inventory management experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and tracking materials and products while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders

  • Accurately stock, organize, and label inventory within the warehouse

  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits

  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track inventory movements

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer or production orders for shipment

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely

  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas

  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation

  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors

  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience required

  • Inventory control or inventory management experience required

  • Ability to accurately track and maintain inventory records

  • Experience using barcode scanners, inventory software, or ERP systems preferred

  • Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment

  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Monday–Friday

  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
