Project Coordinator
Cypress, California
Onsite: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly pay starts: $30/hr +/- DOE

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate skid shipments for inbound engines
- Work with customer to coordinate shipment of inbound engines
- Update engine slot schedule on behalf of EM accordingly
- Update CRM as required for expected engine received date
- Create engine sales folder package (Physically & Electronically) prior to engine arrival
- Assist in opening sales orders for the EM (i.e. completing IIS, ensuring all pertinent information has been made available such as log book entries, PO’s, contract, etc.)
- Review engine check-in lists to identify accessories not received and relay that information to the EM
- Pull Life Limited Parts Summary from the QA site location and review with EM
- Update CRM for cost estimate data entry (if needed)
- Supplement sales orders on behalf of the EM’s as required/needed
- Manage customer supplied parts for the EM’s on a daily basis
- Assist with used embodiment parts between provisioning and EM
- Update the shared, engine pass-down/tracking sheet as required
- Participate in the morning production meetings as a delegate when needed
- Chaperone customers during engine disassembly when needed
- Take on EM responsibilities during vacation, sick days, holidays, etc.
- Investigate/review technical SB issues with the shop and how that affects the engine/customer and ultimately the cost if implemented
- Return customer airframe property to the customer if required
- Assist in engine shipment (i.e. credit approval & delivery note generation)
- Assist in CDR issues on a daily basis
- Assist with empty, loaner skid returns with customers
- Update Financials for Each Engine
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or similar role required; aviation, manufacturing, logistics, or MRO industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple engine programs, shipment schedules, customer communications, and operational priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and ERP/sales order management systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records, financial updates, and tracking documentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with customers, production teams, quality assurance, provisioning, and engine management personnel in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
