Manufacturing Customer Service Representative
Location: Chesterfield, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Chesterfield, MO to hire a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and manufacturing operations, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a technical environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments including production, sales, and management regarding order updates and customer needs
- Process quotations, purchase orders, and customer claims
- Enter and review technical drawings and order information accurately
- Assist customers with product information, solutions, and recommendations
- Research and resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with management to support customer account growth and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Understanding of precision tolerances preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
