Shift: 1st Shift – Shipping 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

What’s a typical day as a Shipping Associate? You’ll be:

• Receiving, inspecting, and preparing incoming shipments; verifying accuracy and checking for damage.
  

• Unloading products from trucks, staging, organizing, and storing materials in designated warehouse areas.
  

• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and receipts using established procedures.
  

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment; ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and properly labeled.
  

• Performing SAP transactions and assisting with regular inventory counts.
  

• Keeping warehouse areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and 6S standards.
  

• Collaborating with team members and assisting in training new employees.
  

• Adhering to all safety protocols and reporting hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly.
  

• Assisting with other warehouse and stockroom tasks as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  

• Bring a strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and solid communication skills.
  

• Are comfortable operating material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) or are willing to learn.
  

• Possess basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
  

• Are able to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  

• Are adaptable and open to overtime when needed.
  

• Can read and interpret technical documents and inventory records.
  

• Have previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not required).
  

• Are willing to undergo on-the-job training, including SAP transactions within 30 days of hire.
  

• Understand OSHA standards and safety protocols, or are willing to learn.
