Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.40 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11:25 PM Monday – Friday

What’s a typical day as a Final Assembly Associate? You’ll be:
- Assembling and testing medical devices, equipment, and components according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Reviewing quality points and following detailed work instructions to meet strict quality and regulatory requirements.
- Using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools as needed to perform assembly tasks in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
- Completing accurate documentation, such as Device History Records (DHR), for each unit produced.
- Preparing and organizing kits with necessary components for assembly, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accuracy of kit contents.
- Handling, labeling, and packaging finished products or components for shipment, ensuring proper storage and compliance with safety standards.
- Reporting material discrepancies and quality issues to team leaders promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety and 6S principles.

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven manufacturing environment.
- Are able to perform repetitive tasks, use hand and power tools, and stand for extended periods.
- Are willing to complete all required training and certifications within designated timeframes.
- Have prior experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred but not required).
- Can work the 2nd shift schedule as listed.
