Inventory Specialist – West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN, or Raynham, MA

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Inventory Specialist at one of our Global clients in West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN, or Raynham, MA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.  

This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  Employees also receive annual performance reviews.

Location: position can be located in West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN, or Raynham, MA. Must be onsite three days a week.
Pay: $30hr and up based on experience; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift,
Duration: long term

Job Description: Inventory Specialist position has responsibility to Develop and Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives through ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory turns efficiency. In support of efficient inventory turns management to support sales growth this role is responsible for inventory management. The role directly contributes to achieving sales objectives and has a high level of interaction with Sales Force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial strategy implementation by guiding applicable sales teams through process change management, as appropriate.

  • Develop and implement strategies in partnership with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring resources are appropriately allocated and balanced across all assigned accounts and territories Rebalance and Pullback initiatives.

  • Identify analytical needs of US Sales leadership and deliver impactful insights with clear, actionable communication that supports decision-making.

  • Coordinate NPI launches and ensure timely deployment of new sets to assigned accounts and FSN locations.

  • Utilize analytics and the latest data sources to provide recommendations that achieve optimal inventory levels and support sales objectives.

  • Develop and support systems that enhance efficiency in the end-to-end sales process, ensuring usability and adoption by Field Sales teams Set tagging, Account Par Levels, Hospital consignment tracking.

  • Provide mentorship to team members and facilitate knowledge transfer across departments and operating companies through structured sessions and resources.

  • Complete all assigned administrative tasks accurately and in accordance with internal team requirements.

Requirements:

  • System Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
