Salary $21.00/hour
Schedule- Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 5:00pm- Temporary position
What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Analyst? You’ll be:
• Responding to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide non-technical problem resolution, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
• Analyzing customer service needs and referring issues to other departments for follow-up as needed.
• Assisting clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depositions and maintaining extensive knowledge of remote tools like Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (required), with 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Have experience in the litigation or legal industry (a plus).
• Are highly skilled in Microsoft Teams and possess strong customer service skills.
