Warehouse Coordinator – Direct Hire! 
Location: Streetsboro, OH
Pay: $25–$32/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st shift 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday 
Benefits: Full Benefits, Paid Vacation, 12 Paid Holidays


Position Overview:
KELLY is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role serves as the central connection between warehouse staff, customer service, management, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will ensure goods are received accurately, inventory is maintained, orders are fulfilled on time, and shipments reach customers promptly and safely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all delivery notes

  • Prepare orders for warehouse staff to pick and pack

  • Coordinate with carriers to dispatch materials accurately and complete all shipping processes on time

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries using 3PL and customer portals

  • Move and audit prepared shipments to ensure accuracy and timely dock transfers

  • Process all ASNs and other customer communications

  • Oversee document control and inventory management, performing regular cycle counts

  • Manage all incoming shipments, verifying packing slips against goods received

  • Highlight errors to management and provide regular reporting

  • Prioritize packing to meet shipment deadlines and support order picking/packing as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, upholding 6S standards

  • Perform and record daily safety checks on warehouse equipment and racking

  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures and ISO standards

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and standard material logistics

  • Expert in forklift operation and safety procedures

  • Advanced English skills with excellent written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated effective team leadership and collaborative work style
