Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina
Pay Rate: $30/hour | Direct hire opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 pm–6:30 am (Overtime as needed on Fridays)

What you’ll do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve industrial manufacturing equipment for safe, reliable, and efficient operations
- Perform urgent repairs, corrective maintenance, and preventative maintenance on complex machinery
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including power distribution, branch circuits, and PLC programming
- Engage in root-cause problem-solving and process improvements
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate across departments to support production and safety goals
- Comply with all safety policies, complete safety training, and support housekeeping (5S) practices
- Handle additional assignments and scheduled overtime as needed
This job might be a great fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Two-year Technical Mechatronics degree preferred)
- Bring at least six years of industrial maintenance experience required (building, facility, and automotive maintenance experience will not be considered for this role)
- Possess advanced troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and control systems; strong with PLC, relay logic, and automation components
- Are safety-minded, organized, and familiar with 5S or housekeeping practices
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Hold intermediate computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Can meet physical demands of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs.; working in various positions)
