Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Hebron, KY
Day shift 6:30am -4pm
Pay Rate: $25hr


Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Maintenance Technician in Hebron, KY, who will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our facility’s infrastructure, as well as production and manufacturing equipment. This role ensures a safe, reliable, and efficient work environment through predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair building infrastructure, production, and manufacturing equipment and systems.

  • Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to assess conditions and identify necessary repairs or capital improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Install, upgrade, and enhance machinery and mechanical equipment to meet operational needs.

  • Manage and coordinate building space planning including design standards, allocation, modifications, and expansions.

  • Perform predictive and preventive maintenance analysis to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

  • Design and implement long-term continuous improvement projects to increase facility and production reliability and ensure quality system compliance.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to report issues and propose improvements.

  • Ensure all tasks follow safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or facility environment.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Skill in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic computer applications.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Awareness and understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance.

  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience with predictive, preventive, and continuous improvement maintenance programs.

  • Technical certification(s) or relevant trade qualifications a plus.
