Customer Service Representative
Location: Youngstown, Ohio (Onsite)
Type: Temporary to Permanent | Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5pm
Pay: $17.00/hour

Are you an experienced customer service professional with great communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting? Join our Wholesale team for a temporary, remote Customer Service Representative opportunity!

What you’ll do:

  • Answer incoming calls and process customer orders

  • Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to electrical/equipment support

  • Document and track customer interactions

  • Follow up regarding order status, shipping, and availability

  • Maintain high service standards and strong communication skills (phone & email)

What you’ll need:

  •  Good communication, basic phone skills, basic data entry, multitasking

  • Friendly personality, Organized, able to deescalate a tense situation

  • Must be able to handle the high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, email and text messages.

  • High School or equivalent is preferred but not REQUIRED

  •  Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers

  • Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math

  • Customer service orientation

  • Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers

  • Commitment to providing resolution to customer issues on the first contact

  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
