Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:15 PM – 6:45 AM (Sunday – Thursday), first week would be on first shift for training 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, up to 8 – 12 hours depending on assigned station and shift

What’s a typical day as Final Assembly? You’ll be:
- Assembling and testing medical devices, equipment, and components according to established procedures and quality standards
- Using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools to complete assembly tasks in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations
- Completing Device History Record (DHR) paperwork and ensuring accurate documentation of production activities
- Preparing, labeling, and packaging kits and component parts for shipment following work instructions
- Handling materials, maintaining inventory levels, and replenishing components as needed
- Reporting discrepancies, defects, or quality issues to team leaders and participating in lean manufacturing initiatives
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety practices and company standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Are able to read and comprehend job instructions, part specifications, and assembly drawings
- Possess strong visual inspection skills and attention to detail
- Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
- Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable with prolonged standing, frequent walking, and lifting up to 55 pounds (team lifting or equipment required for items over 40 lbs.)
- Are willing to learn and participate in continuous improvement and training programs
