Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $20.00

Our client, located in the University Circle area, is seeking an experienced Department Assistant with PeopleSoft ot Workday expertise to support the administrative functions of the Marketing Communications department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a high volume of fiscal and data entry tasks in PeopleSoft Financials, including requisitions, journals, travel and expense reimbursements, contractor agreements, and invoice processing.

  • Input and maintain detailed financial records in QuickBase for project management, budget tracking, monthly statement reconciliation, and expense analysis.

  • Coordinate appointments, travel, correspondence, and confidential information for department leaders.

  • Maintain freelance vendor contracts and oversee departmental subscriptions to ensure compliance and uninterrupted service.

  • Provide general administrative support, order office materials, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of administrative experience, preferably supporting financial operations or budgets.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Prior experience and proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials are absolutely required.

  • Familiarity with Mac operating systems and Google Suite.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
