Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, Fully Onsite
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Duration: Temporary (Approx. 3 Months)

We are partnering with a well-established organization in Cleveland to hire an Administrative Assistant to support its Facilities Coordination Center. This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity with an immediate need to start. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to facility-related inquiries

  • Enter and maintain data within departmental systems

  • Process billing and assist with administrative recordkeeping

  • Create, update, and track work orders within the CMMS system

  • Coordinate communication between staff, vendors, and customers

  • Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience required

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone presence

  • Strong customer service mindset with an upbeat, positive attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs throughout the day

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative during slower periods
