Location: CenterPoint Energy Tower
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr
Duration: 6 months
Ideal Start Date: June 30, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to provide technical and clerical support to the Surveying Right-of-Way Organization. This role is essential for construction administrative operations, including processing customer requests for research, permits, surveys, easements, and various land or property services related to construction projects. You’ll prepare research folders, document findings, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners on all land and property matters.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–4 years’ administrative experience (construction environment preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction terminology and workflow
- Experience with GIS, surveying, or related fields is a plus
