Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 2-2-3 (12-hour shift)

What’s a typical day as Plastics Operator – Nights? You’ll be:

  • Operating high-speed automated assembly and injection molding equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to AIB, SQF, and GMP guidelines

  • Loading and maintaining raw materials for assembly machines and injection molding operations

  • Performing daily and weekly Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) tasks and light TPM maintenance on equipment

  • Replenishing raw material stock to support continuous production

  • Offloading and packaging finished products according to quality standards

  • Participating in departmental continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintaining clean and organized work areas

  • Performing other duties as assigned, reporting to the Department Supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience operating automated manufacturing equipment (required)

  • Possess mechanical aptitude and can perform basic troubleshooting on equipment

  • Have basic PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook for communication and documentation

  • Are a self-starter who works efficiently with limited supervision

  • Are available to work holidays

  • Can follow production schedules and department procedures

  • Are physically able to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift (must be able to lift and pull at least 50 pounds)

  • Can perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
