Now Hiring: Material Handler – Both 1st and 2nd Shifts!
Location: Rincon, GA
Pay: $16/hr (1st Shift) | $17/hr (2nd Shift)
Multiple Shifts Available!
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am
- Potential for 12-hour shifts and weekend work as needed
Job Duties:
- Move materials, supplies, and finished goods in the facility, manually or with hand trucks/manual pallet jacks
- Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks
- Stack skids and pallets in appropriate storage or staging areas
- Efficiently load and unload freight with safety and accuracy
- Pick, pack, and assemble orders for shipment
- Label shipments per company and customer requirements
- Process orders: picking, checking, sorting, wrapping, packing, and confirming shipments
- Verify freight for accuracy; check for damage or infestation
- Assist with inventories and cycle counts
- Maintain accurate inventory with RF scanning devices
- Support cleaning and sanitation by sweeping, cleaning offices, and disposing of trash
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10–12 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 10–50 lbs consistently
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and stretching at all levels
- Comfortable working in varying noise levels, lighting, and temperatures
- Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
