Outdoor Material Handler – General Labor Position
Location: Pooler/Bloomingdale
Pay: $18/hr
Start Time: 7:00 AM Daily
Shift Length: Typically 6–8 hours, ending when daily work is complete
Job Description:
We are hiring Material Handlers for work performed entirely outdoors—this is not an indoor position. Candidates will re-palletize materials onto pallets and use a banding machine to secure and stabilize them. Items handled will weigh between 5 and 70 pounds, so you must be comfortable performing physical labor for the duration of your shift.
Please note:

  • This is an outdoor job. You will be working outside all day in a yard with little to no shade.

  • Expect hot temperatures, especially in summer. Shifts may be shortened on very hot days for safety, but you must be able to work safely and effectively in the heat.

  • Hydration is prioritized: Water and hydration products will be provided, but you must be prepared for outdoor weather conditions.

Work Schedule:
Work begins at 7:00 AM each day. The end time depends on when the daily assignment is finished—this could vary between 6 to 8 hours depending on workload and weather. This position does not guarantee 40 hours per week</strong>; hours will vary based on operational demand and outdoor conditions.
If you are comfortable working outside in the heat and performing hands-on physical work with varying hours, we invite you to apply for this position.
