Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

What’s a typical day as Production Operator ? You’ll be:
- Learning to operate various types of equipment and making minor adjustments during production runs to ensure quality.
- Reading setup sheets and routing packages, ensuring parts meet dimensional requirements.
- Conducting quality inspections and following written Quality Procedures.
- Completing production records and moving parts to subsequent operations.
- Recording scrap or rework and participating in corrective action processes.
- Operating hand jacks and participating in team meetings to drive process improvements.
- Reporting issues to the Group Lead and following procedures to achieve repeatable results.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency in shop math (fractions, decimals, metric).
- Can read and follow specific routing and setup instructions, as well as blueprints.
- Are skilled in using measuring instruments such as tape measures and dial calipers.
- Are able to check quality of parts against templates.
- Can stand for an 8-hour shift or longer and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, stooping, and lifting parts.
- Experience with tube or sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
