Job Title: Pricing Specialist
Location: Malvern PA 19355
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Hybrid: 3 days per week (mostly Tues/Wed/Thurs, or as business needs require)
Pay Rate: USD 30.00 – 35.00  per hour

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and 1+ years of relevant experience; or

  • Equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in pricing, data analysis, customer service, sales support, accounting, or related business functions

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP, Pricefx, Power BI, QlikView, or similar ERP and business intelligence tools

  • Experience working with large customer accounts and high-volume transactions

Responsibilities:

  • Review, manage, administer, and execute customer pricing programs, rebates, credits, and pricing-related customer support activities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of pricing transactions

  • Support regional sales through pricing administration, customer account maintenance, program management, and issue resolution

  • Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Customer Master, Finance, and Management

  • Calculate, document, analyze, and process customer credits based on distributor-submitted documentation

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in claims, including pricing differences, location differences, contract interpretation issues, and transactional discrepancies

  • Utilize systems including Pricefx, SAP, Power BI, QlikView, Excel, and other reporting tools

  • Work with customers and Sales teams to resolve disputes and provide documentation

  • Collaborate with Sales to document and administer rebate and incentive programs

  • Validate customer submissions and transactions against contractual agreements

  • Calculate rebate payouts and process submissions

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between contracts, customer backup, and system transactions

  • Process ad hoc credit requests with appropriate approvals

  • Research and resolve complex pricing issues (sales agreements, price changes, customer offers, invoice discrepancies, special pricing arrangements)

  • Ensure pricing accuracy across transactions and programs

  • Process new customer account requests and updates; validate customer information

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, rebates, invoice disputes, and sales support programs

  • Act as a primary point of contact for pricing-related issue resolution
