Are you detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to support mission-critical work in the aerospace industry?

We are looking for reliable Assembly Operators I to join our team in Fairview, NC, where we manufacture relays and switches for some of the world’s most demanding applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using microscopes, small hand tools, and specialized fixtures, following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
  

• Inspect your own work and perform quality checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices to ensure compliance with specifications.
  

• Conduct pull tests and inspect products to print as required by the operation.
  

• Maintain accurate operational documentation to ensure product traceability.
  

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times by following company’s EH&S policies and procedures.
  

• Follow all company and departmental guidelines and complete other duties as assigned.
  

• Participate actively in team environments and support overall production goals, including working overtime if necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
  

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  

• Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
  

• Ability to interpret product blueprints and use measuring devices (preferred).
  

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  

• Physically able to: lift up to 50 pounds, remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate machinery, and move between work zones.
  

• Proficiency in reading and understanding written English instructions.

Important Requirements: This position requires access to information under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). To be considered, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or an individual granted asylee or refugee status in the U.S.
