Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Taunton MA 02780
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
Pay Rate: USD 20.31 /hr
Contract Type: TTH

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, not required
  

• Mathematical, measuring, reading, and writing skills
  

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  

• Ability to read and understand work orders and product specifications
  

• Physical coordination and ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  

• Able to work with cleaning solutions such as Isopropyl Alcohol
  

• Ability to work respectfully in a collaborative environment
  

• Physical demands: vision for color distinction/inspection, detailed information handling, climbing/balancing, bending/stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling, standing/walking/sitting for sustained periods, hand dexterity, talking/hearing, and repetitive motions
  

• Rare exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, chemicals, confined spaces, noise, poor lighting, hazardous materials, or vibrations
  

• Safety equipment/clothing required

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to work orders, specifications, and safety rules
  

• Maintain quality and accurate records as directed
  

• Follow GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices), OP’s (Operating Procedures), and company policies
  

• Complete required paperwork
  

• Use equipment such as rulers, Tappi Chart, and Go No Go Gauge
  

• Set up and operate branding, post cure oven, spooling, and tube rinsing equipment
  

• Clean, package, and assemble pump sets as specified
  

• Meet quantity and quality standards
  

• Keep work area clean and perform other assigned duties
  

• Use required personal protective equipment
