Location: This position is fully remote; however, candidates residing near Brea, CA or Hebron, KY are strongly preferred.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25.15 per hour

What’s a typical day as Payroll Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Handling a limited scope of work assigned to a specific work area, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Performing correct data entry to maintain payroll records and related documentation

  • Providing support to the rest of the Pay & Benefits delivery team

  • Reporting to management or team leads within the Pay & Benefits department

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience with data entry, payroll, or administrative support (must have)

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy (must have)

  • Are comfortable working within a defined scope and collaborating with a team (must have)

  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (preferred)

  • Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
