Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Work Arrangement: On-site — not eligible for telecommuting
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Branch Office Support professional to assist with the daily operations of the branch office and Branch Manager. This position provides administrative, customer service, patient support, and equipment-related assistance in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team with completing patient documentation and processing requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers by phone and in person.
- Assist with patient intakes, review ACIS screens, and confirm delivery appointments.
- Complete post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry.
- Assist with PAP class coordination, paperwork, and other non-licensed activities as permitted by company policy.
- Conduct downloads from respiratory devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, and CPAP equipment as directed.
- Perform functional testing on certain respiratory equipment as required.
- Support audit and documentation requests and the overnight oximetry program.
- Assist with patient scheduling and collect billing or payment information when needed.
- Scan, file, fax, and maintain patient and branch records.
- Assist with warehouse and patient equipment preparation, including equipment setup and returns.
- Explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses, complete paperwork, and process payments.
- Retrieve equipment from the warehouse and assist with reconciling daily receivables.
- Make outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referral sources.
- Order inventory and office supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of office-related experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with patients, customers, and healthcare documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy branch environment.
- Comfortable working with computers, data entry, scanning, filing, and other office systems.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
