Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule? Kelly is hiring dependable Assembly Workers — Assembler I for a long-term temporary-to-hire opportunity in Richfield, WI.
If you have experience using hand tools, operating machinery, or working in automotive, farm, mechanical, or manufacturing environments, we’d like to hear from you!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Ability to use various tools and operate production machinery.
- Ability to read bills of material and product work instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in an environment with moving mechanical parts.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team.
Pay
$20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- No weekend work.
- Overtime may be available before or after the scheduled shift.
- The first day begins at 8:00 a.m.; employees will follow the regular schedule afterward.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production-line equipment and tools.
- Perform hands-on assembly work.
- Complete quality-control checks and report products or materials that do not meet specifications.
- Work with team members to maintain production flow.
- Complete daily timecards and required production documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
