We’re seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure alarms and electrical panels are manufactured to the highest standards and operate as designed. This position works closely with production and engineering teams to inspect, test, troubleshoot, document, and improve products while supporting safety, quality, and production goals. Opportunities are available at Quality Assurance Technician II and III levels, with responsibilities expanding based on experience, training, and demonstrated proficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect fabrication, wiring, labeling, and design work on alarms and electrical panels for errors and compliance with established standards.
  

• Safely test panels and alarms with minimal supervision and verify that products operate as specified.
  

• Identify, document, and report discrepancies involving bills of material, travelers, inventory, drawings, raw materials, assembled products, wiring, labeling, and equipment.
  

• Maintain accurate UL and product traceability, including capturing required test images and applying UL-listed and panel data labels.
  

• Learn and utilize the IFS system to complete job-related tasks and maintain accurate production and quality records.
  

• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, improve product designs and costs, and support or lead quality improvement initiatives.
  

• Cross-train in designated work areas, complete required training plans, support production goals, and follow safety, ergonomic, and 6S requirements.
  

• Support parameter setup and program importing as needed; advanced-level technicians may inspect Engineered and EX/Accel Panels and mentor Quality Assurance Technicians I and II.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  

• Manufacturing, quality assurance, electrical, panel wiring, controls, or related technical experience preferred.
  

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, drawings, bills of material, travelers, and work instructions.
  

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify fabrication, wiring, labeling, design, and product quality issues.
  

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to safely test panels and alarms.
  

• Ability to accurately document quality findings, maintain traceability records, and communicate issues to appropriate team members.
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams.
  

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes, participate in cross-training, follow safety and quality requirements, and for Technician III roles, mentor and support the development of other technicians.
