As a substitute teacher, Evelyn Jennings loves the new experiences she has with her students each day. Terry and Dale Gallman are a married couple who substitute teach in retirement. Terry worked 31 years as a full-time teacher and wasn’t ready to stop doing the work she enjoyed.
