Kelly Services is working with a leading soap manufacturing company in Fall River who is looking for a Production Tech.
- Shift: 7-4:30pm
- Pay: $21
Responsibilities:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compounding Pre-Weigh Technician to accurately weigh and manage raw materials used in batching and production. This role involves maintaining material storage, following strict safety protocols, and ensuring all equipment and logs are properly managed.
- Weigh raw ingredients for batching according to process instructions and batch sheets
- Maintain storage and organization of raw materials in racking
- Review and verify completed batch weigh-outs
- Clean and maintain equipment per protocols and procedures
- Keep equipment activity and use logs current and accurate
- Support a safe work environment by following all safety requirements
- Collaborate with team for safe and efficient equipment operation
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience with pallet jack/forklift is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, carry, crouch, and move objects up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a wet environment with required PPE
