Kelly Services has partnered with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for Assembly workers in Taunton, MA. Please apply using your 2026 resume if interested.
- Pay: $19
- Shift: first
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation of manufacturing equipment, packaging items, and inspecting product quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Start up and shut down all production and manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Perform routine repairs on equipment as required.
- Ensure product quality in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Package finished products for storage and shipment, including labeling, counting, boxing, and shrink wrapping.
- Work within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Complete daily logs such as production run sheets, quality control records, and production reporting.
- Maintain documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); training provided.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment as scheduled.
- Operate forklifts after receiving training.
Qualifications:
- High school or vocational school diploma (additional trade skills a plus).
- Computer literacy.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for operating machinery.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 51 lbs.
